HOTEL KUKULCÁN

Loved the location, it’s great. The place is on the beach, which is very clean. The buildings are secure, security guards are always at the entrance of the apartment building. It’s clean and nice place if you living in Cancun. Rate is better than most of the big resorts. Though you would have to make your own good. Would prefer all inclusive if you plan to stay and have food and enjoy vacation just on the beach. Would definitely live in the Villa marlin again.

Great location for the beach and shopping. It's across the street from Kukulcan Plaza with many shops including Soriano. There are 2 pools and a bar with food and drinks for sale. You have access to the beach by walking down a few steps. There's plenty of security but please note that for in and out parking privileges they ask to keep an ID at the gate in exchange for the parking pass. That was the main issue since I would not leave my passport or driver's license. Luckily a member of my party had (an unimportant ID we felt ok leaving). The rooms were very spacious with full kitchen, ac and wifi. I booked a 3 bedroom and 2 bath, even though the listing on Airbnb said beachfront/view it was only ocean view.

If you get beachfront villa, especially 101 to 110, the view is best. People will be walking in front of your living room so you do sacrifice privacy a bit. But from your bedroom you can see the ocean. And you can literally have all 3 meals in front of the ocean. Appliances are a bit dated and utensils scarce. But can't beat value for money.

Beautiful! The view, the localisation and the surroundings. There was walk distance to both beaches, restaurants and shopping mall. The staff was really helpful and nice. Good service. Only negative was that there were few breakfast oppurtunities around.

I booked thru Airbnb. The condo/small apartment is perfect size. Secure with free parking. Located behind Plaza Kukulcán, so walkable pharmacy, supermarket and Oxxo. Plus the police station is right next door so super safe. Pool is enjoyable with a bar and the beach at arms length. Perfect stay.

Spent 8 days here. Absolutely fabulous! The white sand beaches where the sand in never hot and there are beautiful sea shells everywhere! Our 2BR unit was comfortable and we loved watching everything from our balcony. Sunscreen was a must. However lotion and humidity are not a good mix.

Great beach location. Place needs a little exterior maintenance and the jacuzzis were not operational, but the pool is great and the staff nice. Some units better than others. I lucked out with a good one!

Day 2 of our week in Cancun. The condo is lovely, everything we need. The beach is right out the door, pools to relax in as well, and shopping right across the street. This location actually has within a 2 minute walk a convenience store, pharmacy, emergency room, hospital, and a police and fire station, so I felt very safe and everything was there if needed.
